Getting Started

For those new to yoga, we have a regular Introductory Course available. This is a valuable opportunity to learn at a slower, more detailed pace to transition to general yoga classes easier.


No matter what age you are, there is a course for you at The Yoga Room. Yoga for the over-sixties has a greater focus on maintaining and improving health as well as building body strength.

The Yoga Room is Closed for the Christmas Break as of Friday 18th December and will reopen on January 19th 2021

The long-term benefits of a regular yoga practice are many – strength, flexibility, concentration, self-awareness and stress relief, to name a few.
