Getting Started

For those new to yoga, we have a regular Introductory Course available. This is a valuable opportunity to learn at a slower, more detailed pace to transition to general yoga classes easier.


No matter what age you are, there is a course for you at The Yoga Room. Yoga for the over-sixties has a greater focus on maintaining and improving health as well as building body strength.

Welcome to The Yoga Room, a small, friendly, well-equipped studio in the heart of Marlborough.

With the stresses we face in our modern life, yoga is the perfect way to bring a sense of balance, freedom and connection back to ourselves – and our lives.

Today, more than ever, it is crucial that we include regular practices that promote optimal health and wellbeing. The long-term benefits of a regular yoga practice are many – strength, flexibility, concentration, self-awareness and stress relief, to name a few. Yoga brings balance back to the body, mind and spirit.

At The Yoga Room it is my pleasure to invite you to share our yoga experience in a nurturing non-competitive environment, offering regular classes to suit students of all ages and abilities.
